Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding for new accounts (restaurant, retail, grocery)
  • Conduct training sessions and health check calls
  • Monitor usage metrics and proactively address churn risks
  • Coordinate with support and product on customer feedback
  • Identify expansion opportunities (outlets, modules, integrations)

Requirements

  • 2+ years customer success or account management in SaaS
  • Experience with Indian SME customers preferred
  • Strong presentation and training skills
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Empathy and problem-solving orientation
