Responsibilities
- Own onboarding for new accounts (restaurant, retail, grocery)
- Conduct training sessions and health check calls
- Monitor usage metrics and proactively address churn risks
- Coordinate with support and product on customer feedback
- Identify expansion opportunities (outlets, modules, integrations)
Requirements
- 2+ years customer success or account management in SaaS
- Experience with Indian SME customers preferred
- Strong presentation and training skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
- Empathy and problem-solving orientation
