Responsibilities

  • Respond to support tickets within SLA (< 15 min avg)
  • Troubleshoot POS billing, sync, printer, and GST issues
  • Create help articles and document common solutions
  • Escalate bugs to engineering with clear reproduction steps
  • Collect NPS feedback and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in English and Hindi/Gujarati
  • Basic understanding of POS, billing, or retail operations
  • Patient, customer-first attitude
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends
  • Freshers welcome — we provide POS training
