Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you book a demo, contact us, create an account, or use Swadesh POS — including name, business name, email, mobile number, billing details, and usage data necessary to operate the service. If you sign in with your mobile number, we collect that number and use one-time passwords (OTP) sent via SMS to verify your identity.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve Swadesh POS, authenticate your account (including OTP verification by SMS), process transactions, send service communications, respond to support requests, comply with GST and legal obligations, and — with your consent — share product updates and offers.
Data Storage & Security
Swadesh POS stores data on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted by role-based permissions. We retain data while your account is active. After a deletion request, personal data is removed within 30 days unless Indian tax, accounting, or other legal obligations require longer retention.
Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with payment processors, SMS providers (for OTP and service messages), email providers, analytics tools, and cloud hosting partners solely to operate the platform, under contractual confidentiality obligations.

To delete your Swadesh POS account, email support@swadeshpos.com with your registered mobile number and business details.
