Acceptance of Terms
Swadesh POS is a product of AnantaX Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. By accessing swadeshpos.com or using Swadesh POS software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
AnantaX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides Swadesh POS — cloud-based point-of-sale software including billing, inventory management, GST invoicing, reporting, and related features for businesses in India.
Accounts & Responsibilities
You may sign in to Swadesh POS using your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS, or with other credentials we support. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number and email secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate business and tax information for GST compliance.
Account Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@swadeshpos.com. We verify requests using your registered mobile number (OTP) or linked email. Active subscriptions must be settled before deletion. Accounts are deactivated immediately and removed within 30 days, except data we must retain under Indian tax or accounting law. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed per the pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, or use Swadesh POS for unlawful activities. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data & GST Compliance
You retain ownership of your business data. Swadesh POS provides tools to help with GST invoicing but you remain responsible for tax accuracy and filings with your chartered accountant.
Limitation of Liability
Swadesh POS is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising from or relating to Swadesh POS, your account, or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
